Do I need an account in order to make a purchase?

In order to shop on our official web store you must be registered and logged in. Registration is free and easy to complete. 

When will my order arrive?

The standard delivery time for orders within the European Union is 1-3 business days after the shipping date, and 2-5 business days for the rest of the world. We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day.

What is the difference between the 30ml and 4ml perfume bottles?

The 4ml bottles contain a concentrated perfume oil whereas the 30ml bottle contains an extrait de parfum. Due to the difference in concentration the first perception on the skin of the 30ml extrait de parfum is stronger and more detailed while the concentrated oil will reveal itself more slowly. However, the evaporation curve is slower with the concentrated oil, which means that the smell of the perfume remains strong for a longer period. 

Can my order be gift wrapped?

All 30ml products ordered on nasomatto.com are automatically gift wrapped. Be aware that the package does contain the order invoice in case you send it directly to someone as a gift. 

Where can I find an authorised retailer near me?

You may contact our customer care to ask about authorised retailers near you via webstore@nasomatto.com. 

I lost my password, how can I get into my account?

You can use the 'recover password' button on the login page and follow the instructions that follow by mail to create a new password for your account.

What are the available payment methods?

We accept payment with: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDeal, Maestro, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.

Available payment methods may vary per country.

Which currency is used in the web store?

The official Nasomatto web store only uses Euro. To convert the Euro amount to any other currency you can get an estimation here. Be aware that depending on your payment method the exchange rate might differ slightly. 

Do I have to pay Dutch VAT for my order?

The prices mentioned on the web store are the fixed prices for all our customers. This means that for customers located inside the EU and outside the EU, the final prices are exactly the same. If a customer purchases a product within the EU, the final price includes 21% Dutch VAT - as per the EU VAT regulations. If a customer purchases a product from outside the EU, the final price includes 0% Dutch VAT - as per the EU VAT regulations. So whether or not Dutch VAT is included does not change the final price, it only changes the fact whether or not our company has to declare any VAT.

Do I have to pay extra duties and taxes on my purchased items?

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, you can do this by sending an email to webstore@nasomatto.com. Please state the order number found in your order confirmation and which items you wish to cancel. If the order has already been sent to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.

Why is there a limit to the amount of products I can order?

The Nasomatto web store is for final consumers only. This is why we limit the amount of products you can order to a maximum of six per reference per order.
