6.1 This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official Nasomatto web store. Items purchased through third-party retailers or stockists are subject to that retailer's own return terms.
6.2 Subject to the conditions in this Chapter, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This can be done here.
6.3 Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the original seal has been broken or the product has been used, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Returned items must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.
6.4 Items that do not meet the conditions in Section 6.3 will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
6.5 The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer. The Company is not liable for loss or damage occurring during return transit.
6.6 Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser within fourteen (14) days of the Company receiving the returned item(s). Applicable VAT will be included in the refund. Any duties or taxes paid at import are non-refundable.
6.7 Exchanges are offered subject to product availability and are not a guaranteed alternative to a refund.
6.8 Independently of the right of withdrawal described above, the Customer is entitled to the statutory legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods, which applies for two (2) years from the date of delivery under applicable EU consumer protection law. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental breakage after delivery.
6.9 The Customer should report any damage, incorrect delivery, or defect to the Company's customer service team as soon as reasonably possible, with supporting evidence, to facilitate assessment of the claim.
