Shipping Policy

Standard delivery time for orders within the European Union is 1-3 business days after the shipping date, and 2-5 business days after the shipping date for orders from the rest of the world. Nasomatto aims to deliver all orders within the above stated delivery time. If the delivery has not taken place within 30 days of payment the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. For any issues regarding a delay of delivery, please contact webstore@nasomatto.com.

Issues relating to the delivered order, such as damaged or missing products, must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs will be calculated and added automatically to the cart based on your delivery address. 

The Nasomatto web store offers free shipping for all orders over €100 with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, Spain and the United Kingdom. 

Orders with a delivery address in the United States and Canada receive free shipping on orders over €200. For all other countries we offer free shipping on orders of €300 and above.

Shipping Options

To see if we are able to ship to your country, please follow the steps in the the checkout. If we are not able to deliver to your country, you will not be able to complete your order. You may contact our customer care to ask if there are authorised retailers near you instead. 

Nasomatto uses FedEx and local carriers for worldwide deliveries. A tracking number will be provided to you once an order is fulfilled at our warehouse. 

Note: We do not accept P.O. boxes as a delivery address. Make sure to use a regular address and to include a phone number. 


Return Policy

Within 14 days following the delivery of your order you may request an exchange or refund of items. Exchanges and refunds will be only accepted if the purchased items are unused and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The Nasomatto web store cannot accept returns when labels have been removed or damaged. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to the Nasomatto warehouse. Products lost in transportation will not be compensated. Shipping charges on returns are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned items will be made within two weeks of the return of the products. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Dutch VAT (if applied) will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged for a non-faulty item subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following the delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in the instructions provided by our customer care, which will be e-mailed to you in such case. Products cannot be exchanged or refunded at other stores than the official Nasomatto web store.
