The standard delivery time for orders within the European Union is 1-3 business days after shipping date, and 1-5 business days after shipping date for the rest of the world.
Nasomatto aims to deliver all orders within the above stated delivery time. If the delivery has not taken place within 30 days of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and is entitled to a full refund.
For any issues regarding a delay of delivery, please contact webstore@nasomatto.com. Issues relating to the delivered order (such as damaged or missing products) must be reported to us as soon as possible after the delivery, but in any case no later than 48 hours after delivery.
The exact shipping costs will be calculated and added automatically to the cart based on your address.
The Nasomatto web store offers free shipping for all orders over €100 with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Orders with a delivery address in the United States and Canada receive free shipping on orders over €200.
For all other countries, Nasomatto offers free shipping on orders of €300 or more.
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once your package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the final price of your order. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any additional fees required to clear customs.
